Photo Booth Rental Questions, Answered
How much does a photo booth rental cost?
Starting prices: Social Booth $400 (2 hrs), Mod Booths $450 (2 hrs), Traditional Booth $450 (2 hrs), Glam Booth $700 (2 hrs), VW Photo Bus $1,200 (3 hrs), Vogue Booth $1,500 (3 hrs). Extra time is $100 an hour on most booths and $150 on the VW Photo Bus.
What is included, and are there extra fees?
Unlimited sessions, custom photo strip prints, props, a photo booth attendant, and set up and take down are all in the price. The Social Booth is the exception on prints: it is digital only, with branded GIFs, slow motion and Boomerang clips sent by social media, email or text. The only extras are the optional add-ons listed on each booth page, like a Memory Book or Coffee Table Book. There is no travel fee anywhere in the Valley. For Prescott and Sedona, the travel fee is included in your quote before you book.
How does booking and the deposit work?
Build your quote on the site, send it with your event date and venue, and we will confirm the details. A deposit holds your date, and the balance is due before the event. We spell out the deposit and due date in your quote so there are no surprises.
What if I need to cancel or change plans?
Your deposit is refundable if you cancel before the cutoff date in your agreement. We confirm that date in your quote, so you know exactly where you stand before you book.
How many hours do I need?
Booths get the most use when guests are mingling, not during dinner or speeches. Weddings usually do best with 3 to 4 hours, and 2 to 3 hours covers most birthdays, corporate events and school dances. You do not have to cover your whole event.
Open-air or enclosed: which should I pick?
Open-air booths, like our Mod Booth, have no walls, so a whole group fits in the frame and people watching can jump in. They suit weddings and big parties. An enclosed booth, like the Traditional Booth, is more private and playful, closer to the classic booth you remember. If your guests squeeze in ten at a time, go open-air.
How much space does a photo booth need, and can it go outside?
Every booth needs power and a flat, stable spot, and the amount of room varies by booth. An open-air setup takes more room than an enclosed booth. Outdoors in Arizona, direct sun and heat are hard on the equipment and wash out photos, so we plan for shade or cover and evening events in the warmer months. Send us your venue and we will confirm the setup with you.
Do you only serve Mesa?
We are based in East Mesa, and our booths go all over the Valley: Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Queen Creek, Paradise Valley and Apache Junction. We also travel to Prescott and Sedona.
