Photo Booth Rental Questions
Which booth is right for my event?
Mod Booth: open-air, great for groups, with prints, GIFs and a choice of backdrop. Traditional Booth: the classic enclosed booth with printed strips. Glam Booth: polished, flattering photos for upscale events, with social sharing included. Social Booth: digital only, the lowest price, for guests who want GIFs and clips sent straight to their phones. Vogue Booth and VW Photo Bus: statement pieces that become the centerpiece of the party.
How do guests get their photos?
The Mod, Traditional, Glam, Vogue and VW Photo Bus packages include custom printed photo strips for guests to take home. Digital sharing depends on the booth: social media upload is included on the Mod Booth, Glam Booth, Vogue Booth and VW Photo Bus, and it is a $125 add-on on the Traditional Booth. The Social Booth is digital only, sending branded GIFs, slow motion and Boomerang clips by social media, email or text.
Can we choose the backdrop?
Yes, on the Mod Booths and Social Booth. Pick one backdrop from 19 options when you build your quote, from gold geometric prints and marble to boxwood hedge and sequin walls. It is included in the price.
Do all booths start at 2 hours?
Not quite. The Vogue Booth ($1,500) and VW Photo Bus ($1,200) start at 3 hours. Every other booth starts at 2 hours. Extra time is $100 an hour on most booths and $150 on the VW Photo Bus.
What are the add-ons?
Add-ons are optional and priced on each booth page: a Memory Book and Coffee Table Book at $150 each on most booths, an Idle Hour at $100 ($150 on the VW Photo Bus), and Social Media Upload at $125 on the Traditional Booth. The Glam Booth already includes social upload. The total updates as you tick them.
How much space does each booth need?
It varies by booth. Open-air booths need more room than enclosed ones because guests gather in front of a backdrop, and every booth needs power and a flat, stable spot. Tell us your venue and the area you have in mind and we will confirm which booth fits.
What is the Vespa Dessert Bar?
