Which cities do you serve?
We are based in East Mesa and serve the whole Valley: Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Queen Creek, Paradise Valley and Apache Junction. We also travel to Prescott and Sedona. Each city has its own page with local venues and planning notes.
Is there a travel fee?
Not for events in the Valley. For Prescott and Sedona a travel fee applies, and it is included in your quote before you book, so you see the full price up front.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your date and venue are set. Weekend dates in the spring and fall, the busiest wedding and school dance seasons, are the first to go. A deposit holds your date.
Can you set up at my venue?
Usually, yes. Send us the venue name, your date and any load-in window your venue has given you, and we will confirm the details. Resorts, event centers and outdoor sites sometimes have their own vendor rules, so it helps to ask your venue early.
What if my venue is not on your list?
Send your date and the venue address in a quote request. If it is somewhere else in Arizona, we will tell you whether we can make it work.
